Returns goods can be return for exchange or a credit note.
Returns can be made to the shop with a proof of purchase. This can be in the form of a receipt or for gifts our gift receipt sticker which can be found on the back cover.
For online purchases, your proof of purchase are your order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email.
